Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the PokeBook (the "App") and governs how it collects, uses, and discloses information collected from users ("you" or "your") of the app. The app is provided by Pokeghost (the "Developer"). This policy aims to be simple and straightforward, so you clearly understand everything that is important without unnecessary legal talk.

PokeBook and your personal data

PokeBook does not collect any personal or identifiable information. Poems and notes you write are processed and stored locally on your device by default, so no special opt-out procedures are necessary.

Sharing with third parties

PokeBook offers optional integration with third-party cloud storage providers. When enabled, your poems and notes will be processed by that provider and you will be subject to their terms of service and privacy policies.

PokeBook does not read your personal information (such as email or name) and cannot access files or folders outside of its designated one. The full list of currently supported storage providers is available in Settings.

Your preferences and customizations

Preferences such as font, color theme, and text justification are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted or shared.

Analytics and logs

PokeBook does not use any analytics services. PokeBook's server provider keeps short-lived request logs that include the user agent. No other information about you is included. These logs are only generated for the web version of the app.

Data retention and deletion

Poems are stored for as long as you need them. Deleting a poem removes it immediately. Preferences are stored in your device's local storage and can be cleared by deleting the app or clearing your browser cache. No other data is retained, so no additional deletion procedures are required.

PokeBook doesn't use cookies.
